This form should only be filled by principals, assigned teachers or someone representing the school hosting our ACLN Ambassador Leadership Program. You should only proceed if you are a principal, teacher, or a designated person.
If your school is new to our programs and yet to understand our vision/mission, you can still register to participate but we encourage you to ensure you attend one of our scheduled information sessions; we will notify you on any future sessions. The Student Executives area of the form can be ignored for now, you can always return at later time to update your chapter profile once you fully understand our programs and structure. You will be assigned a chapter ID and password, please keep this safe, you will always need it to participate in our programs.
